March 2016-Part 5 ~ More Spectacular Sunsets

And the journey continues, past Lake Mead.

All I can say is thank goodness the area directly around Lake Mead is protected, otherwise homes would probably have been built right up to the waters edge. Quite an ingenious feat of engineering though, the way they built that hill.

I found a little road off the beaten path, and tolerated yet another spectacular sunset…ho hum. ( Winking smile )

THANKS FOR SUPPORTING THIS SITE BY ACCESSING AMAZON VIA ANY OF THE LINKS IN THE NOMAD STORE $. I’LL MAKE A SMALL PERCENTAGE ON YOUR PURCHASE AND IT WON’T COST YOU ANYTHING, EVEN IF YOU BUY SOMETHING DIFFERENT. Next up was Zion National Park, UT, but I found a camping spot before I got to Zion, and what a view…

And the journey continues…

Until next time…seek as many sunsets in as many different places as you can…it’s not a bad goal to have.
