Golden Light in an Ancient Seabed

Golden Light in an Ancient Seabed

Buckskin Gulch is believed to be the longest slot canyon in the world. This incredible backpacking trip took two days, and overnight camping can only be attained with a permit. ALL waste must be carried out, including bathroom waste. This hike is without a doubt on the top of my ‘favorites’ list.

A beautifully lit corridor through and ancient sea bed. Buckskin Gulch is a 21-mile long slot canyon located in a remote location on the border of Utah and Arizona.
If a person starts this two day hike early in the morning, they just might see this kind of light, given the right conditions.
